Responsibilities:

•   Define and establish a common, unified UI library.
•   Build storyboards, user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas at the appropriate level of detail.
•   Create responsive designs and iterate on designs across multiple projects at the same time.
•   Define entire user experiences, information architectures, and interaction concepts for both web and mobile applications.
•   Work directly with the founding team and have a direct role in making key product decisions.

Requirements:

•   3+ years development experience on LAMP stack.

As an App Specialist, you will build apps for our customers (not coding), you have to be technically savvy in order to set them up. You will be in charge of customer accounts for both setup and any necessary troubleshooting.

 

Responsibilities:

•   Gathering and verifying requirements and speaking to the customer directly to acquire all assets required to launch apps.
•   Preparing and pushing the app in the app stores to be accepted by the app stores per app store protocols and requirements.
•   Troubleshooting app issues if apps are rejected, and configurations.

Responsibilities:

•   Design, build and implement an enterprise-class cloud solution for a Development, Testing, Staging, and Production environment - Identify design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements..
•   Research next-generation tools and technologies. Work with other teams to operationalize to enhance the effectiveness of preventive and detective security controls.

We are looking for a Security Engineer who will be responsible for keeping Ventuno's data, network and IT infrastructure safe and free from security threats through monitoring, programming, testing, and communication.

 

Responsibilities:

•   Evaluate, select, design and configure security infrastructure systems in a global environment.
•   Support and conduct internal audits, help mitigate findings and implement improvement measures.
•   Work closely with our development team to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) system.
•   Troubleshoot security related issues.
•   Oversee the company’s security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
•   Assist in defining security requirements and review of systems to determine if they have been designed to comply with established security standards.Develop new standards as necessary.

 

Requirements:

•   At least 3 years of professional experience in monitoring and improving security tools and processes.
•   At the technical level, the Security Engineer must be able to work in a specific environment: Jenkins, Docker, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl, Scripting YAML, SAST (Static Application Security Testing), DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
•   Experience deploying and monitoring web applications in AWS.
•   Demonstrated experience with secure development, coding, engineering practice.
•   Conduct periodic Vulnerability assessment.

As a Software Support Engineer, you will be in charge of customer support requests.

 

Responsibilities:

•   Provide quick and on-point assistance to existing customers in a way they can easily understand.
•   Handle incoming support requests, including initial triage and problem analysis to determine the best path forward for each reported issue or customer question.
•   Solve problems independently and provide customers with the best possible solutions.
•   Identify recurring problems and document them in the form of internal and customer-facing FAQs and tutorials so that others can understand and reproduce the solution.
•   Report and track issues to ensure support metrics are reliable and customers are notified of progress regularly, including potential product releases from the Engineering team.
•   Notify your direct manager (and follow defined escalation path) for any high profile issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

 

•   Basic knowledge and understanding of enterprise grade video solutions.

•   Strong hands-on experience in a customer support function for technology products/services and common support tools including Intercom, Slack, and Github - at least 2 years.
